Man Accused Of Masturbating On Flight Faces $5,000 Fine, 90 Days In Jail

Airborne onanism is costly these days! Alleged wanker Kyle Pearce, a 25-year-old Floridian (Go Gators!),

was arrested on May 19th after witnesses saw him remove his penis and masturbate "to the point of ejaculation" during a United Airlines flight to Denver. An 18-year-old woman sitting across the aisle from Pearce told police, "I heard a noise and looked over and saw his penis. He was wearing jeans tucked into cowboy boots... He told me his name was Kyle. He ejaculated & got some on the seat." Wow, that Kyle sure knows how to break the ice!

The young lady wasn't the only one who witnessed Pearce's alleged self-pleasuring. Another 18-year-old sitting behind the flying masturbator told police, "My friend Zach turned to me and said, ‘That man is masturbating' and in disbelief, I looked and saw his penis and he was. I hit him with my book in the arm, which caused him to stop and leave to the bathroom. After a while he returned."

If convicted of “obscene and indecent exposure of his person," Pearce faces a maximum of 90 days in jail and a year of supervised release. He can also be fined up to $5000. According to his MySpace page, Pearce is a junior in college and has been a bull rider for eight years. It's a rough turn of events for Pearce, but on the bright side he's just earned the MySpace "In the Spotlight" badge because so many people want to see his photos! [Via The Smoking Gun]
